Pittie Power & Play is an AI-powered content tool that helps dog creators generate YouTube video ideas, scripts, SEO metadata, filming guides, and thumbnail concepts. Content is generated using third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

• Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical controls
• Use the Service for any purpose other than creating content for your own channels and projects

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

You own the content you generate using the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Pittie Power & Play name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittie Power & Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
